BioZone Air Purification

BioZone literally makes air cleaners. 5 Different Air Purification Methods

Photo Catalytic Oxidation (PCO): BioZone's advanced PCO technology effectively breaks down organic molecules using the energy of UV-photons.

Photoplasma: UV light containing ions and free electrons fully ionize this gas to create photoplasma. The plasma created or electrically charged particles of the plasma (electrons) find and eliminate many different kinds of molecules. Airborne and surface micro-organisms are reduced. Most chemicals are oxidized. Mold and fungi buildup is destroyed and prevented on any surface. Particles in the air are removed as well.

Germicidal Light: BioZone uses specially formulated glass in its lamps that pass through the deep UV light wavelength of 185nm. Efficient germicidal light is generated for sterilization purposes ad breaks down the electron bonds.

Negative Ions: Electrically charged particles that have gained or lost electrons are negative ions. The excess amount of electrons negative ions contain gives them a negative charge. These negative ions float through the air to interact with chemical compounds and micro-organisms. When the negative ions attach themselves to the airborne contaminants in the room, they destroy them. Negative ions, along with Ozone, contribute to Hydroxyl radical formation which is one of the most effective antiseptic species.

Ozone: A gaseous compound normally found in the atmosphere is Ozone. The reaction between oxygen and UV-light produces it. Three oxygen atoms make up ozone. BioZone's purification process produces Ozone as a bi-product. Custom-designed, dual-purpose UV lamps that block part of the UVC spectrum that contributes to a higher production of Ozone manage the amount of Ozone generated. The scientific community has documented Ozone's properties as a bactericide, viricide, fungicide and deodorizer. Ozone effectively and efficiently kills harmful micro-organisms and destroys harmful substances such as VOCs.

Biozone Air Purifiers

Biozone air purifiers are ideal for removing bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, odors and more. They use photoplasma, UV, ions and Ozone BioZone technology to purify the air. These are low maintenance units. There is no filter to change and the lamp only needs to be replaced once a year. The operation power cost is only $1-$3 dollars a month. A 3-position output control is included so that the air purifier can be adjusted according to pollutant levels and available space. They are all rated for different coverage areas.
