Our warehouse is located in Santa Ana, California, but we offer nationwide delivery. Our local service area encompasses all of Southern California, including Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
 

Hours of Operation

We're open Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST.  We're closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Liberal Return Policy

We want to make sure you're 100 percent satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of ordering.  The return/exchange process is simple: request an RMA number so we can process the return, make sure that the return item is in new condition, and then send the product back to us. 
 

Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE ground shipping on all air purifiers (some air purifier accessories and all shower products are excluded) to the 48 contiguous states.  Please contact us for a shipping quote for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.  A tracking number will be sent via e-mail after the order has been shipped.  For more information on our shipping policies, please see our shipping page.
