Included on the Germ Guardian AC6000 6-stage air purifier is a pre-filter, charcoal filter, HEPA filter, PCO filter, UV light tube and ionizer. The pre-filter traps larger particles like pet hair and lint. The charcoal filter removes odors like smoke. The HEPA filter captures 99.97% of allergens. The PCO filter destroys microorganisms such as bacteria and mold. The UV light tube works in conjunction with the filters to kill germs. Lastly, the ionizer releases a small amount of negative ions to enhance the cleaning process.

1, 2, 4 and 8 hour timer settings are included on the AC6000 -stage air purifier. Also included are auto, quiet, low and high fan speeds and a remote control. Optional speed settings allows for whisper quiet operation when run on low. This purifier is ideal for allergy sufferers sensitive to pollen, mold and pet dander. There is a filter check indication light so that you know exactly when it is time to change the filters. This purifier is recommended for indoor use only.
