Equipped with a 5-stage filtration system consisting of a prefilter,
activated carbon deodorizing filter, and a True HEPA filter, the Coway AP-1506DH
has the ability to eliminate up to 99.97% of harmful particulates from the air
you breathe. As an added bonus, you also get a choice of one of the following
four customized air filters designed to handle specific airborne contaminants:
• New House Filter - Designed to handle toxic chemicals such as formaldehyde
and VOCs
• Old House Filter - Designed to eliminate microbiological contaminants such as
Legionella, germs, and mold
• Child Filter - Designed to eradicate H5N3, H5N1, and viruses such as influenza
• Yellow Sand Filter - Designed to filter out yellow sand, SOx, and NOx
Also found in the AP-1506DH is its state-of-the-art air pollution sensor
system. This ingenious system uses a dual sensor that continuously monitors
your air quality and automatically adjusts the unit's settings to your home's
pollution level. Other great features include an ionizer for fresher air,
automatic louvers to increase air circulation, and a full-function remote
control.
