Comments: There are no set-up instructions and one can assume one simply presses the power button and goes. This is not the case. First time users should be told that the individual filters have to be removed, unwrapped and replaced in a particular order. Also, that the UV bulb may become loose in shipment (as was the case with ours) and has to be put back firmly into position

Comments: I was so pleased with my purchase of the ultra s 1000 - ultra multitech air purifier I purchased a second one for my daughter. She is a new mom and will be using the air purifier in her new baby's room. Thank you for making such a great product.
